CIRCA is led by a Board of Directors, who meet regularly and oversee committees within key disciplines. The Board of Directors consists of one director and one alternative director from each shareholder. The Board of Directors oversees the following committees:

Finance Committee
Underwriting Committee
Investment Committee
Safety & Risk Management Committee
Claims Committee
Marketing Committee

In addition to the oversite of these committees, the Board of Directors also engage with strategic partners to assist in the management of the captive.
